Shortening is a vegetable-based frosting, that is pure white when mixed with water and our premium icing sugar.
Vegetable is a creaming shortening for butter style cremes and fudge icing.
Colouring is easier now that you have a white base with our selection of gel colours.
Whatever you do not use you can be re freeze, so no wastage!
Great to use like Crisco when rolling out coloured icing you will not get the residue and discolour when using icing sugar.
