Shipping policy

The Sugar Smith offer same day/next day delivery for all orders placed BEFORE 9am within the Perth WA Metro area $21, please note that we have no control on the courier service provider, and we cannot advise times or guarantee you will receive your package on the same day. If the driver deems the area to be unsafe to leave your order, they will return the box to their depot.

Same day/next day delivery is Monday to Friday only (excludes public holidays and weekends)

Any orders placed/received after 9am will be delivered the following day (excluding weekends & public holidays).

All our courier delivery services do NOT include PO Box delivery, parcel locker or signature on delivery.  When selecting our same day courier service, you agree to our “authority to leave”.

Please note the following suburbs are not classified as Same day by our couriers and will be delivered next day excluding Weekends and Public Holidays.

Our courier service will deliver to the following suburbs for an extra charge, please contact us for fee charges.

Jane Brook, Stoneville, Yanchep, Eglinton, Carabooda, Mariginup, Muchea/Bullsbrook, Roleystone, Mount Helena, Sawyers Valley, Parkerville, Pickering Brook.

Same Day Courier do not deliver to Bedfordale Dawesville & Serpentine, please select Australia Post.

 

We also use Australia Post to deliver our parcels; you will receive a separate email with a tracking number. Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee delivery times, so please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Regional areas of Australia will take longer. If you require your package urgently, please contact us immediately to organize express postage, extra cost to you for this service.

Here at The Sugar Smith, we take every care to package the items securely to reduce the risk of damage or breakage whilst in transit but will not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that the sending of edible sugar flowers and decorations is done at the total responsibility of the buyer.
