Refund policy
We have a 7 - day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase (refund and return policy excludes food items)
To start a return, please contact us at jodie@sugarsmith.com.au. stating what the fault is with your product your name and invoice number.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food items icing/sugar flowers, RTR & RTR ornaments and shapes) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email on the next steps to take, we do not refund if you have simply changed your mind.
