CAKE DECORATING CLASSES Our Cake Decorating Classes are held on Tuesday & Friday's during the day, if you would like to attend you have a choice of which day suits you best. Night classes are held on Monday & Thursday evenings, please click here for schedules. Our Teachers are " The Best In The West " with backgrounds in Home Economics, 20 years of Tafe Teaching & Royal Show winners in their own right. Many of our current & past students have excelled in winning First prize at the Perth Royal Show. Pictured are cakes by Kay Sandy as well as being a show winner Kay has worked her way up to the ultimate achievement of all STATE CHAMPION. We do have workshops on Wedding Cakes for those that want to freshen up on their techniques, these are held by our cake designer, Marlies. We also have workshops on Children's novelty cakes which Jodie demonstrates to perfection. These workshops will be added to our site here when available.
